Ingredients:
- Aval - 1 cup
- Milk - ¼ cup
- Water - as required
- Honey - 2 tsp
- Cashew - 3
- Walnut - 5
- Dry amla - 3
- Dates deseeded - 3
- Dry grapes - 5
- Badam(optional) - 3
Steps:
- Heat milk and water in a bowl
- Add aval, all dry fruits and mix well
- Let it boil till aval gets soft
- Switch off stove and let the dish get cool down for sometime
- While its warm , add honey and cosume
- Your breakfast is ready
- Tastes good whens its warm.
- If you want to add badam, soak for 2 hours and remove skin
- You can also add fruits like banana, apple to improve the taste well.
- Adjust honey quantity to your taste
