Milky aval Dry fruits mix






















  • Healthy and delicious breakfast
  • Quick and easy to prepare
  • Add dry fruits as per availability
 Ingredients:
 
  • Aval - 1 cup
  • Milk - ¼ cup
  • Water - as required
  • Honey - 2 tsp
  • Cashew - 3
  • Walnut - 5
  • Dry amla - 3
  • Dates deseeded - 3
  • Dry grapes - 5
  • Badam(optional) - 3
















 Steps:



  • Heat milk and water in a bowl
  • Add aval, all dry fruits and mix well
























  • Let it boil till aval gets soft
  • Switch off stove and let the dish get cool down for sometime
  • While its warm , add honey and cosume
  • Your breakfast is ready


















  • Tastes good whens its warm.
  • If you want to add badam, soak for 2 hours and remove skin
  • You can also add fruits like banana, apple to improve the taste well.
  • Adjust honey quantity to your taste
